Where do I start... False advertising.. poor customer service.. zero feedback..?

I app**** for Private Vehicle finance 3 days ago.. on their website, they promise to deliver results in 24 hours. I have not yet received ANY feedback from them, and each time I phone THEM, the consultants respond with vague, pathetic excuses.

If this is what you get before you sign on the dotted line, then what do you get once you're "married" to them?

Serious red flags raised here. Not sure if this is a financial institution worthy of my hard earned money.
