WESBANK WHAT A JOKE - OBSSA

Yesterday Morning a guy by the name of Ashley called to discuss the complaint I lodged with OBSSA, if you can call it a discussion, as he made it clear that he is actually informing that nothing will change wesbanks decision.

So as the discussion goes on and we reached 13:00, obviously he wanted to run and have lunch, he comes with a poor excuse that he cannot hear me and he will call me back between 13:30 and 14:00. Not ot say the least it is now 15:43 one day later and no call back yet.

Well I know what is now going to happen Wesbank is goign to tell the OBSSA that i do not want to co-operate which is going to be a big lie.

WESBANK, why does the OBSSA refer a case back to the bank before they step in? Because they want to try and get the client and the bank to come to a win-win agreement before formal steps are, basicly one more chance for the bank to come clean.

Well obviously WESBANK do not want the good process to work, fine write your report, I will respond to the OBSSA exactly what and how the conversation were handled by YOU.

Obviously the OBSSA knows their is validity in my claim, go-on make your name even worse!!!

Hello dawiem,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and affording us the opportunity to address your concerns.

We understand that the delays observed were the result of managing the clearance of international transfers however the terms of any agreement are very specific where repayment is concerned whilst credit lending cannot unilaterally make provision for irregular payments to suit the individual's circumstance. The point of contention herein is that the Bank will not overlook or mitigate the fact that your repayments were not received in accordance with the finance agreement.

The National Credit Act (NCA) does not obligate any creditors to extend a facility to any consumer if due diligence has proved commercial grounds that are consistent with its customary risk management and underwriting practices. Your dispute with the Ombudsman for Banking Services is received and we will revert accordingly.

We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

Yours sincerely

WesBank
