Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Let us also use this opportunity to apologise for the delay you have experienced. As a service driven organization, we go to great lengths to render unsurpassed service excellence for all our valued customers. It is therefore extremely disappointing when we fall short of your warranted expectations.
In this instance, the delay observed was caused by the documents that were outstanding from either one or both parties involved in the prospective transaction. In the processing of a private transaction, Titleguard acts as an intermediary that facilitates and validates the purchase transaction whilst insuring that due diligence is observed in the same was that a dealer would conventionally.
We have however contacted you to provide feedback accordingly. We trust that this is in order and thank you for making WesBank your asset financier of choice.
Yours sincerely,
WesBank
