Wesbank using dirty people as raiders, *******. Without me knowing what’s happening. Sweeping away clients, I’m sorry for investors investing in this bank. I have never been so emotionally battered in my entire life by Wesbank, their consultants and collections company. I would have never thought that a bank which should hold its clients with legal and fair treatment and care would humiliate, traumatize and shame me with such behaviour like this. Wesbank is the worst bank for you to invest in, the consultants let you down when you need them the most, you or your needs are not prioritised instead they operate and conduct instructions in a **********, shameful manner and have no consideration for customer rights and services. I have live videos of being assaulted by their collection guys, unfairly treated and *******ly towed. If this is the manner which the bank believes is right to constitute ******* treatment that is traumatising and harsh to say the least unto clients then I will never in my life trust any bank with their assistance. As I write they have ****** all my personal goods within my car and they did not give me the opportunity to remove all my valuables. They presented a **** copy of a one page document that can’t be validated as legit, even the cops said they have no rightful stand towards this and yet they still proceeded with their very rude men who speak to you like you are not a human or let alone a woman. Firstly I had my vehicle parked in the lot whilst collecting my mother, as I return to the car I found men surrounding my vehicle that had already been clamped, as I walk towards the drivers to open the door the men push me away from the car and ask for the keys, I held onto the door handle and the Wesbank collections guy grabs my hands and twists them to push me away from the car, I screamed for him to let go of me and only when I told him he is assaulting me and this is a case one of his other guys tugged around my mother and I til I got into the car. They didn’t say or present any documentation apart from saying that Wesbank wants their car back and I haven’t made any payments or arrangements. To my surprise I was shocked to have found that the recorded conversations and emails sent to Wesbank earlier this year had clearly not been noted on the system. When I tried to explain this they didn’t give me the chance and all they could say was the bank is closed now and there’s nobody I can call to confirm this and its not their problem, then one of the guys kept on speaking in Afrikaans and they started pushing the vehicle out the parking lot while I was inside of it. I told them they have no right doing this I haven’t seen any paperwork, my vehicle’s tyre had turned left and they flashed a one pager document which was a copy of their supposed court order which had no legit stamps. I told them to call the police and the sheriff who throughout this time has not said anything to me instead instructed the guys to continue. They forcibly towed my vehicle while I was inside of the car with my mother onto the top bed. They started laughing and taking videos of this. Thank God my family came to see what was going on, they tried calling the cops, got my lawyer on the phone who then advised the sheriff of validity for documents to be rightfully presented to me which they failed. They then went behind their car and printed some documents which was still not given to me but later issued to the police. Moral of the trauma, when the cops came they said they must remove my car from the bed and they will drive it to the police station to resolve this matter. While driving the car started screeching and a stabiliser warning sign came on, the cop stopped the vehicle and we ahd to wait over 1hour for the tow guys to come back to the scene, a different tow truck came, towed the vehicle to the police station, when we got to the station the captain advised that their documents were not valid however its an instruction from Wesbank and the matter is between me and the bank and he can’t make a decision. As he said that the Sheriff of Wesbank ran out and when I stepped outside my car was gone with all my valuables, goods, food, money, bank cards, handbag, car seat and etc. My 10month daughter was sick that day and I had gone to see doctor for prescribed meds which were all in the car. This all happened from past 4pm and we left the police station at past 10pm. Nowhere did I refuse to accept documents as I was not given any, nowhere was I given the opportunity to take my things out of the car, I even still have my car keys as the cops surrendered them back to me after the discussion, so Wesbank has ****** my things and have *******ly mistreated me with shame and humiliation. I will never trust any bank in my life, we all go through tough times, I have repeatedly told the bank in my arrangements that I am looking to settle this vehicle I was not a typical escaper who was running off with a car. I happen to fall out of a job which I got back and was placing my finances and life together. What hurts the most is that even when I was offering to give the bank as little as R5000 they refused to accept it and wanted the entire outstanding monies, this was when I barely owed much +-R20 / R25 000. To top it all off, the same situation happened 3weeks ago instead of the sheriff coming with the tow guys she came with 4big butch African men who blocked me as I entered the gate of my house, they must be grateful that I didn’t own a gun as I thought I was being hi-jacked, traumatised in the car with my little baby standing outside. Since when do we have such a messed up system in this country, where our human rights are being violated, our physical and psychological state of being is battered. I want to expose all videos to bring to light to the country, investors and all banks for them to see how we are being ill-treated by poor, embarrassing, uneducated mislead actions from Wesbank.
