Wesbank unsupportive
I had to return car Nissan Juke to Morgans Inspecta car due to lack due to dishonesty . Long story short I had to through my own investigation, with Avis & Nissan SA prove to the dealership (which own Nissan Northcliff!?) That the car never had a warranty prior sale taking place and yet they continued with loan process!? Why ?
You may read my complaint about this dealership on this site! I have never had to return a car in my life. After a 2 months of trauma in driving the car with no warranty(due no service history)
The above person was totally unsupportive and feel that in all honesty its loss for Wesbank for poor customer service. I really thought I would receive more support.
Lastly trying to return my old car was just as bad purchasing process ! Let alone the Micra used for 3201 km for resale ? After 3 failed attempts from the dealership. I took owner ship and spoke to reloads Abel Matsepe. He was able to listen to my bad experience and assist me!! Thanks Abel!! I have car back and approached another dealership. Taken me about just 1 month to overcome trauma.
