WESBANK UNEXPLAINED WARRENT

Please note this is a SHORT summary of my complaint!

I don't want to give them any stars, but unfortunately one has to give a star to continue with a complaint so hence the 1 star.

I have my vehicle financed through Wesbank. In May 2022 I fell behind with my installments I have spoken to an agent to make payment arrangements. In September 2022 I started paying my Installment again and more than my installment to catch up on the areas amount. Since September 2022 I have been paying every month more than my installment and didn't miss any payments again. I noticed on my statement that 2 payments are not showing on my statement since then I have been in email communication with Wesbank. Sending them the proof of payment. On Wednesday 20 March 2024. I went about my daily tasks. First taking my 82-year-old dad who can hardly walk to do his weekly shopping. As I walked out of the shop trying to put the wheelchair in the back of my vehicle a guy came storming down on me in the parking lot. Say he has traced my registration number on his camera and is waiting for the sheriff There is a warrant out. He couldn't tell me much I had to wait for the Sheriff. About an hour or so later Sherrif P. Galant showed up with the warrant. He informed me that I must speak to Wesbanks Attorneys ( Jeff Gowar Inc). While he was still taking possession of the vehicle I phoned the Attorneys and spoke to Fadia. Again I had no luck. She informed me that they must first take possession of the vehicle and I must speak to Wesbank. For 3 hours I was with Wesbank on the line. Have been sending from pillar to post again. I was supposed to speak to a Tintswalo Nkuna that is who I have been mailing and sending the proof of payments. I don't know how many before her. Unfortunately, she was on lunch. After been put through to how many consultants I spoke to a lady by the name of Patricia Mthembu who informed me that a lady by the name of Felicia. I get put through to Felicia Ngezi...Just to be told no she's not working with my account. On Friday morning I phone Jeff Gowar Inc. offices again. ask again to speak to Fadia. Who informed me again to speak to Wesbank and gave me the person at Wesbank now it is Nokuthula Lekitlane!!!! I phoned Wesbank to speak to Nokuthula Lekitlane...again only to find out she is on leave. The consultant by the name of Phillip Mamabolo. He was a bit helpful so I sent him the proof of payment let's see if I am going to get any results.

I still don't know why they came to repo my car as I didn't stop paying. And the warrant was done in July 2023
