Wesbank ********* and ***** Practices

I am absolutely appalled by Wesbank and their extremely ********* business practices. I have set off a stop order to pay back Wesbank finance from my Standard Bank account set for the 1st of every month, since the 1st of May was a public holiday and a Saturday the interbank transfer was not processed, then on Tuesday 4th May I get a message stating that my account has been handed over to Blake and Associates for collections (Keep in mind this is just the second working day of the month and interbank transfers can take up to 3 days to reflect) so I contact Blake and Associates who give me some **** story about last month not being paid where the Wesbank website clearly shows that month as paid, so after calling Wesbank they advise that the issue was for this month to which I advise it is only the second working day, they give me some nonsense about looking into it. All in all I lost over an hour of my time phoning around to sort out Wesbanks incompetence and lack of logic, the fact that they can "hand over" an account to their attorneys after 2 business days without ANY prior notification to a valued customer show just how pathetic and ********* this company is. Fortunately my business relationship with them is at the tail end, good riddance

So I got a call from a Wesbank representative after they had some time to come up with an excuse, apparently due to them being short staffed, their "system" automatically hands all customers over to Blake and Associates, I am still awaiting proof of how this is set up. Goes to show how pathetic they are with absolutely no regard for engaging their customers.
