WESBANK undervalued my car
I have surrendered my car to this bank while my account was still up-to-date, My car is on 72 000 mileage, My car never involved in an accident, I never fitted a spear wheel, which means spear wheel is still new. The book value of my car is 180k. But Wesbank evaluated my car and send me SMS informing me that my car is valued R68 000. Can someone responsible intervene to resolve this madness
