WesBank tries to get me to surrender vehicle under false pretenses

I defaulted on payment due to being unemployed for 8 months. Before I defaulted I attempted to make arrangements with WesBank, however was informed that I had to wait to go into default before I could make any arrangements. Upon going into default I called the collections department and agreed on making two half payments for April and May. At the end of April I instead made a full payment as I was not sure whether I would have finances to pay in May. In May I was unable to make the payment, but did however contact the collections department and inform them that I should be able to make payment and and settle the arrears by June/July. WesBank's ploy is to call the client, however they do not talk to you. Have received calls from numerous numbers JHB, KZN and WC based. Answer the call no one on the other end, I have gone so far as to leave the call going for over 3 minutes. On Friday I got a call from a "collections" agent who either wanted the arrears in cash or the vehicle, bully tactics to say the least.
