Wesbank treatment 'Shocking' !!!!!!

My private sale to a Wesbank client was concluded ten days ago. Since then I have been passed from pillar to post and been presented with a multitude of excuses as to why I have not received my settlement payment. I cannot purchase my replacement vehicle without the money that Wesbank owe me. I am a pensioner and I've had to rely on friends and family to assist me with transport for the past TEN DAYS. I have phoned on numerous occasions and been kept 'on hold' for as long as 15 minutes. Today I received yet another excuse but still have no promise of a repayment day !!!!!
