WESBANK TRAUMATISE ME

I am financed by wesbank for my car in 2012 because im facing Financial problems on February 2015 I decided to join Debt Review which is Thembeka Debt Review, the Debt Review paid Wesbank and I even received statement from Debt Review and in Wesbank so I relaxed but I was trying the plan to decrease arrears that I have, I told Debt Review that every account they closed they must take that money to increase Wesbank Instalment. On my surprised on 2016 I received letters from Wesbank threatening to reposses my car I send the documents to the Debt Review they promise to deal with Wesbank.

On the 22nd June 2016 a guy from Sheriff called me and came to my workplace and told me that he has been instructed by Don Marie Attorneys to repossess my car,I told him that im under debt review and started to threaten me telling me that he will make my life difficult if i dont hand him the keys, but I refused to gave him the keys and he called the Towing Agent to tow my vehicle infront of the staff im working with.

He doesnt have the necessary documents the only documents he had was an instruction document with no court order none whatsoever.I then decided to go with him to the warehouse to drop my car

Immediately I did communicate this to Wesbank and Ms Heneke Melinda was attending this matter via email. My Debt Review was communicating with Wesbank whilst my car was not in my possession.

Ms Heneke told me that for me to get my car I must pay the balance of R93 450.69

On the 28th June 2016 I received Email from Ms Heneke Melinda saying that they sort this thing of my car with debt review so I must come and collect my car in East London. They make me to go to East London to collect my car and there were some documents i signed for the release of the car.

The account was fixed and i saw the balance but i was not happy about it but I leave it like that.

On the 24th November 2016 I received an SMS from Wesbank Reminder stating that my Account is overdue with R6339.06 and immediate payment is required within this month of November. as Im still in shock about this, on the 29th November 2016 another SMS enterd stating that arrears are now overdue its R8093.53.

I email Wesbank and asked about this message they sent me a long statement that I dont even understand but on the 01 December they responded by saying kindly be informed that this matter has been escalated and we will revert back to you with urgent responce.

So help me because I dont know what to come maybe they will take the car again.
