Wesbank - totally ludicrous and ********

My car was written off in an accident, my insurance did not pay out (the case is still to go to trial) and Wesbank initially demanded full payment but agreed that I could continue to pay my monthly installments. They repossessed the s**** and credited my account R15000 in December. I subsequently was retrenched and requested a payment gap in January, to which they agreed, confirming this in an email. 2 months later they handed me over to Hammond Pole Attorneys for non payment. I have sent Wesbank, and Hammond Pole the email confirming the account was in credit, and Wesbank confirming that I could take a payment gap. I have also requested my Wesbank statement several times. Both of these requests have gone to 6 people, about 5 times. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE in over 2 months. And every month I receive threatening sms's and emails from the attorneys. I have financed all my cars through Wesbank but will never ever consider them again. This is just ********!
