Wesbank threatens Court over voice recording request

Wesbank collections department - no matter how many times you inform them you being retrenched or you call in to make an arrangement they keep calling you every second day. Each time theres a different person telling you different things. And when you call in they dont answer until you say hello - they dont listen to what you say and then keep asking you the same thing.

So when you get frustrated and end up being short off you get told not to be rude because they helping you.... really ...helping me how?

Thandeka told me one story and put me on hold without telling me and then cut my call - i called back and spoke to another rude women called Rebecca who told me a different story and then when i said to her Thandeka told me something else so can i request a the recording cos its different stories again she immediately got defensive and loud and told me that they will take me to court if i want the recording...really Wesbank...to court for a recording of misinformation by your own staff?
