Wesbank threatening to take my car back

<p>About a month ago my account was hacked and some of my debit orders was reversed. </p> <p> </p> <p>After getting a call from Roy at wesbank collection i made arrangements to pay in three installments over the next 3 months. I have however already made a payment last week and another will be made by friday. Bringing my account only to one month in arrears. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i got a call from Romeo Rossouw demanding that he wants to come and collect my vehicle? </p> <p> </p> <p>Can he do this even if i have mad3 arrangements and held up to my part of the deal. </p>
