Wesbank - the worst bank ever , poor administration , high level of incompetency

Wesbank is refusing to refund me for an overpayment on the account that was fully settled with natis being issued after the settlement. I fail to understand that the whole bank is failing to reconcile and refund me after following me around when the time for a balloon payment kicked in as if I was going to cross the border using the old vehicle I paid from day 1.
