Wesbank the biggest **** of all!!!!!!

So my husband settled his loans on the 19th or August and then notified Wesbank they said the debit order will still go through on the 26th but will be refunded. Well his debit orders went through and the other loans refunded him but Wèsbank the biggest **** company ever still hasn't more than two months later. He was requested for bank statements and proof of payment all of a sudden then told to wait 10 days he did no money came through. Then he called them and they said they need the POP yet his account online squad they owed him and then told to wait 10 more days nothing came out. Then they told him a refund has been logged he it will be debited in 10days yet nothing. Then they said they debited it to the wrong account t that was closed a long time ago. Another 10days then they said it was debited in his loan account that was also closed in August then they said they will be reversing it and debiting it again. Another 10 days and they again said they put in a a wrong account. Funnily their debit order has never been debited in a wrong account. The loan wasn't debited in a long account. But our money 70 days later with no recourse or communication seems to not come to the right account. The amount of airtime or time spent on trying to get his money back with so many delay tactics has made us realise that we won't get our money ever. So guys borrow money or do any business with Wesbank at your own risk they are con artists of note and they lie and lie so thanks for nothing wesbank.
