Wesbank takes monies for a paid off car which is on my name already

We paid a car off - they still took on the 26th or May 2021 a payment then again on the 26 of June 2021 I did send my proof of payments, bank statements and everything to service (at) wesbank.co.za and to casandra.assy (at) wesbank.co.za they keep telling me that they did not receive the mail but on my email, they are replying to it. and when I call I can't speak to the same person because now they suddenly died because no one knows them. I want my monies back. The times I call them they tell me its not a debit order but I called them to do the debit order and the debit order is named Naido payment.
