WesBank takes forever to hand over natis documents

Even if your finances come right with this financial institution, don’t bother. The moment I had paid off my car, when I ask for my documents, paid up letter and Natis there is always an excuse. I had app**** through the online system as per the email instruction and contacted wesbank, all Adelaide Jacobs did was inform me that the account is in the process of being closed and sent me and a detailed statement which I get every month. You know, before I had made my ballon payment I have been getting tons of calls and emails about refinancing and by the time I pay I struggle with documents that belong to me. Can you please hand over my documents that are entitled to me? I had not struggled with other car financing banks as much as with WesBank. I mean you guys have one of the best online systems but it so seems it is not serving a purpose to people who have to receive their documents. Please hand over my documents and thou shall never see me and bother you again

Please look at my complaint number below for reference(CRSDD9F3). I am unhappy with the service that Wesbank provides to customers who have paid off their cars. Yesterday(29 March 2023), my husband received documents still in Wesbank's name and not under my name. What is the point of applying to request my records only to obtain some random person's personal documents( like ID)? The other document states that my account is still not closed.

Also, why am I still supposed to pay for this change of ownership when it is included in the settlement fee?

Please assist with this urgent matter as I am currently not in the country, and should anything happen to me, it still means Wesbank still owns my car even though I had settled my debt.

I've attached the received documents for you to look over.

P.S. This is not the first time I have settled my car debt, and I have received better service from MFC; the documents I received were updated in my name, not the bank's or some random person I don't even know, and I don't care. Please assist with the matter, as I don't understand why I am receiving some random person's details when it should be my name and details on those documents. If it is not the case, then your system should not state your Natis documents, and it should be clear. first, there were unnecessary delays, and then the delays were due to you not even doing nothing regarding my ownership
