WESBANK TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THEIR GOOD CLIENTS

It is with great disappointment that i am forced to write this complaint today. I am a client that has only financed all my vehicles through wesbank for the past 8 years. I've had 6 cars over the years that i financed through wesbank and have never defaulted on payments ever . I app**** for a car this week and wesbank came back with a Interest rate of 16% . Are you for real?? This is ridiculous and extremely disappointing. It seems like Wesbank is all for taking clients that finance else where but there own clients they treat like dirt.! Thank you for nothing Wesbank and a big slap in the face.
