Wesbank sucks!!

I have rated 1 star but they don't even deserve it! My boyfriend has been unemployed and has for the fist time since he bought his car, missed a payment in December due to the fact that he has no income. We went through the process to get a payment holiday or payment arrangements and they are not willing to help him. It grates me that they will not even consider payment arrangements. He has been a loyal client for years, never missed a payment on his car or his bike but yet, they refuse to help him in his time of need! So much for "how can we help you"
