Iv paid up my settlement in september and they have sent me all my documentation includint my natis document, yet they still send me a monthly statement that i have to still pay a monthly installment, the vehicle is already on my name. and account is paid up, on my fnb app also still shows i owe monies to them yet i have proof of payment and the settlement letter, etc, Wesbank get you s**t in order man
