Wesbank *****ing money from me
Hi, in October I had an accident and my insurance company settled the whole amount of my car on the 16th of November 21, after they received the settlement letter from you (Wesbank).
Wesbank has still debited my bank account for a car that I no longer have and has been written off. Basically they are *****ing my money.
I've spoke to & emailed Precious Dlamini at Wesbank (colserve) for assistance and no feedback has been received in 2 weeks after she confirm the money was received on the 16 November.
So now I'm in a fix where Wesbank has taken money from my bank account, plus they received money from iWyze in full for a written off vehicle. You can reach me on my email ***
