Wesbank *****ing Money

Due to circumstances, I had to apply for the 3 month Covid 19 payment relief. To my understanding, my contract would just be extended with 3 months. But it was not. I received a statement and my instalment was increased with R111. I emailed Toyota, Toyota Financial Services and Wesbank to enquire why this is happening. Wesbank can not give me an exact break down of the amount that my instalment is being increased. On Monday I received a debit order approval message via email and sms. The amount showed on my instalment was the amount that I always pay - R2845.21. I have taken a screenshot of this as well as the message I received that I am approving that it is correct. Wesbank is telling me that an amount of R2956.60 is going to be deducted from my account though, but can not show me ANY proof of me approving this amount. If they take off more than what I have accepted on the debit order approval, they will be *****ing money from my account. I spoke to Christoff at the Wesbank call centre and I asked him TWICE if they can just take off any amount, and he assured me TWICE that they cant. For confirmation, the call was recorded and I am sure you can request that from Wesbank.

I can not afford to pay more on my instalment and this needs to be sorted as soon as possible. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and I am getting NO answers.
