WESBANK SERVICE DELIVERY

Worst service from any company in a VERY long time!! There is absolutely NO service! I have been waiting for 3months for help with Finance. All approved but the employee appointed does not even bother to contact or reply to calls and emails. Eventually did a cash buy and now I have been waiting to get the NaTIS documents. Vehicle was fully paid 18 April. It is now 26 June and STILL no NaTIS. The dont respond to emails. Received 2 replies in this time after 10+ email queries. This is over TWO months and still the vehicle can not be registered on my name. NO explanation as to why it is taking so long. This is rediculous and the worst service for such a big name.
