Wesbank sent incorrect proxy ID for change of ownership

I bought a motorcycle from a person, but the motorcycle was still under finance. I paid for the motorcycle and Wesbank sent me the Natis document, but the sent the incorrect proxy ID copy. I can not register the bike in my name as the Traffic Department as a different proxy person on record. Of course I can not phone Wesbank as I am not a client of Wesbank. Pathetic that there are no communication channels to discuss this with Wesbank. Please get this sorted out! Your client is going to get all the fines for this motorcycle that I can not register in my name.
