Wesbank *****s your money
In purchased a new vehicle through Wesbank. The agreed and signed document said my first debit order will be on the 31st March 2026. The debit order went off on the 27th February, a full month too early. I got emails and messages saying we apologize for the mistake but why wont you return my money you took too early. I have called multiple times ref numbers for calls. ***3 and ***0. All say it was a mistake and the money will be returned and it has been loaded. To date nothing has happened and I am still waiting. Your agents are lying to me all the way. Do you actually intend on returning the money or are you just steaking from everyone. I want answers today and my money back today.
