WESBANK - Rude, unhelpful & Insulting

I was told because I entered into a fixed interest rate more than 2 years ago that I have forfeited the option to re-negotiate the interest rate on my vehicle. My risk profile has changed dramatically over the last 2 years and now that I am "Less" risky they do not want to provide a more fair rate. In fact I was told that I did not read my contract and I "Just" signed to get the new vehicle - which I believe is insulting. Let me make this clear - you are not doing me a favor here - this was supposed to be mutually beneficial; you get the interest, I get the car - your consultants are rude and unhelpful. I WILL NEVER TAKE FINANCE THROUGH WESBANK AGAIN (I am 27 - I will be purchasing many more new cars in the future - I will find other financing in future and all other policies that I have will be cancelled in due co****).

Disgusting that you are not prepared to lower the interest rate now that I have a better risk profile because I have a fixed rate.
