wesbank repossessed my car while im on debt review

am financed by wesbank for my car and in last time i paid my account was in november and dec 2015 i was under debt review and paying the company.On the 7th april a guy called luthende from wesbank came to my office and told me that hes here to repossess my car.I told him that im under debt review and started to threaten me telling me that he will make my life difficult if i dont hand him the keys.The only documents he had was an instruction document with no court order none whatsoever.I then decided to go with him to the warehouse to drop my car there and he told me that i am in arrears and i would have to pay 13000 .My car was not in arrears before i went on debt review .<br> 0nthe 11th i received an sms from Wesbank saying that they are giving me 15 days to pay the amount in arrears of 13000+ the representative commission 3500 and lastly im also liable to pay storage of R50 per day.I now have to settle 18000 to get my car back .Where on earth will i get a loan for that amount if im under debt review.<br> <br> I was never notified even the debt counsellors never received any communication from wesbank before.Its against my credit act for my car to be repossessed when i am under debt review.i
