wesbank refusing to refund excess paid amount and to close my account
My account is settled with an overpayment or excess money paid into account. After tons of emails and phone calls requesting refund of an excess amount paid into their account, almost 3 months later , wesbank has the nerve to send me a "reminder" about my next installment. They continue to charge service fee, interest and insurance.

02 Apr 2021, 06:25Prompt response on this platform and don't be fooled, because that's about it, my query is still unresolved.
Access amount I overpaid into my account doesn't reflect anymore on either the statements or the FNB mobile app, so there is no trace for me to follow up on what happened to the overpaid amount.
As a last resort one will have to approach the industry regulator to get to the bottom of this.
