Wesbank refuses to refund!!!!!

Wesbank owes me an installment on my vehicle. I logged the error on their side on 4 Jan and until today after numerous calls... No refund!!! Thank goodness my business with them has ended. I will NEVER deal with Wesbank ever again!! Just hope I see my money!!!!
