Wesbank refuses to cancel contract of a faulty car sold to me

Pay attention, all this ****ty car dealerships are financed by Wesbank, and only Wesbank, why? because they only care about money. Nothing else.

I am truly disappointed on how my complaint is being handled by Wesbank. How it is possible that you knowingly finance "Faulty-defective" cars and yet when the client wants to return the vehicle and cancel the contract you step back and refuse to assist, ? i bought a vehicle from Peugeot Northcliff (Which they are only financed by Wesbank-Well known for that), two days later car started to have issues, issues on the cars kept on arising and when i finally took in the vehicle for Technical inspection after the dealer refused to do so, and the bank was made aware of this, i requested to cancel the contract because the issues on the vehicle was just not acceptable. Faulty airbags, brakes malfunctioning, rear suspension noise, paint reworks, etc. an 18 page report listing faults on vehicles. I fought with the delearshipand the bank on the basis that, its clear, i was sold a lemon car, the bank was never cooperative as stood aside expecting their instalments to go through. they did not want to come to the party, at all. I returned the vehicle back to the dealership, took the case to MIOSA ( Ombudsmen ) and requested Wesbank to Freez my account, until ruling is given . Wesbank decided to "stop debit orders", my ITC is now affected by this, and they still expecting me to pay instalments, with that unsafe car still parked at the dealership, I think Wesbank needs to apply Logic here, how can i loose where is they are benefiting(via) my instalments, while Peugeot got their money and my interest a looked down on? I am the only individual whose interest are not look out for. I was sold a lemon car and I will not stop at nothing to have this car contract cancelled, I do not understand how am I expected to pay for something which does not meet my requirements, a faulty car. I suggest Wesbank must look into how to look after the interest of their customers. Now looking at the number of complaints at Pegeout Northcliff (Trading as AGG), why is Wesbank still financing their vehicles? I regret financed by Wesbank, MFC and Absa was very good to me. I curse the day I accepted finance through Wesbank. Its a curse indeed.
