Wesbank refusal to sell their

Wesbank giving me run arounds, I have a car financed by Wesbank, and i am trying to sell the vehicle, because i cannot afford it anymore as i was hit hard by this covid 19 situation. Car is in arrears, yes, because i cannot afford it anymore. I got an offer from the dealership to buy the car, Wesbank is refusing and they refer me to this lady who forces me to repay the arrears amount first before she can help me, i don't have the money to do so, which is why i am selling the car, Can i please be assigned an individual to assist with this? I am getting numerous pressuring phone calls from debt collectors asking me when will i settle the arrears, thank you
