Wesbank refusal to do change of ownership after final payment of car
I fully paid my car in October last year and requested car paper after paying the required R350 by the bank. To date in January the bank has been playing hide and seek , I have been emailing proof of payment to each and every service consultant on the help desk from a miss Buthelezi , to service desk.. nothing helping me..I am calling everyone and no one is willing to help telling me the bank must do the Change of ownership themselves. I had a terrible service with this financer and urgently need my papers...

This whole Volkswagen Wesbank financial services is a ****ty 💩💩💩 financing house. If it takes 3 months to have my papers done why do they call you if you default payment for the car. This whole ***a 💩💩💩 treatment of customers is just plain 🚮🚮🚮🚮*******....tired of spending money to try get my car papers and moreover the deal for reselling the car is on hold with me loosing a customer because they don't care about customer service ...I am fed up with this financing house ...it's plainly bull****ting customers
