Wesbank refund query

Good day, i sold my vehicle to We buys cars, they paid and settled my account before the month ended. however Wesbank still went ahead and debited my account , i have filed a refund query since 01 March , its the 11th , i haven't received any communication , but the autoreply says there will be communication in 3-5 days , worse i dont have my refund , there is no number to call just the service email of which i used to send proof of payment, please refund me my money urgently
