Wesbank refund

<p>im under debtreview, i had a Corsa under Wesbank finance, the car was written off last year, my insurance paid the full outstanding amount to settle the account, since April 2016, my regular monthly payment still went to this account, i only realised after i asked that i wanted to pay an extra amount towards all my accounts in January 2017, so after email sent they saw that my Wesbank vehicle account was in credit, so they paid less than half of this refund into my Capitech account. since March 2017 i am having endless problems to get the outstanding amount, Wesbank says its paid to Hyphen (debtresque admin) and Debtresque says its with Wesbank. it is now 1 Year and 2 months that this could not be sorted out. Can you help me? i have all the emails sent to me and back to both parties. i dont know where the rest of my refund is, but i think i gave them enough time to sort this out.</p>
