Wesbank raising debits on a deceased account

I lost my husband 6 June 2018. As if that was not traumatic enough, Wesbank kept billing me for the months after his death whilst waiting for the death cover he had on the vehicle, to be settled. They forced me to start paying the difference that was not settled. Being a widow and losing an income, I could not afford this. After some legal advise I was told that the account was supposed to be frozen at the time of death. Instead, Wesbank continued billing the account and raising interest. Despite all emails sent, I have not received a legal explanation as to their right to continue raising the monthly debits. I spoke to Tshepiso Molalla and Filicia Zondi. No joy. Currently I cannot renew the vehicles liscence and have received numerous fines due to this. This has been the worst service ever.

After Neo promised to call/email me the outcome on 28 January 2020 I can confirm that yet another promise from Wesbank was not adhered.
Wesbank is definitely not there to serve or commit to client service it seems.
