Wesbank R750 shortfall cover without my concent

Hi I was sent a mail a while ago from Mcarthy Pretoria (Asking me to provide proof of shorfall). I have in my 5 car history, never had such a request. on the 10TH of March Wesbank asked me again to send proof or they will force me to pay R750 on my monthly installments. I've sent them my cover papers and they havent even responded. Furthermore i have sent 2 emails again with the proof of papers sent, and they have loaded the payment for the 25th of this month (Not even asking about my financial situation) just loading 750 rand on top of my installment. The way wesbank have gone about this is absolutely pathetic. I will never buy a car through wesbank again and this i swear. Pathetic and only cares about money! my monthly cover for my car is R1100.. Rofl how can they load a cover for shortfall of 30k more or less, on R750? <br> <br> I will take this further and i swear i will pursue with a lawyer if the 750 rand is loaded as i can see on my notifications for the 25th of this month.
