Wesbank quick to take but slower to give.

I had finished paying my motorbike in May 2021. To date trying to get the either the papers for the bike or have it transferred into my name.

Wesbank takes ages in replying to your emails and first had me jumping through hoops in selecting their DSV locker options just to change it . Then they set the hoops I had to jump through on fire by stating that they will now register the bike on my behalf seeing that their papers were not accepted by the relevant authorities. I paid the money due for the transfer the same day I received the email informing me of the new requirements and sent proof of payment as required. Just to get an email 4 days later telling me that they require a pdf of the actual payment. That was not a requirement when Wesbank told me to pay and provide proof of payment. Silence is all I get . I just wonder would they would be so silent had I skipped a payment? Certainly not. Just glad I did not finance my new car through them.
