Wesbank Private Finance are useless
Everytime I try and deal with Wesbank private finance I have problems. Last time I had to escalate my issue to the head of private finance for Wesbank after they were unable to get their field agent to deliver documents. I financed a car 4 months ago with them. Now wanting to finance another car and have to wait until 17:00 for them to call me back to find out they have changed their process from end of April whereby I have to take out group life cover in order to get finance...seriously guys, you are financing a car that you are charging me over R3000 to ensure is worth the money you are loaning me.....now you want to milk me for more money.....4 cars financed with you and now you prepared to lose my business over this.....
