Wesbank Prescribed Debt *****

I am disgusted by the manner in which wesbank has dealt with a debt that has been prescribed as per the Prescribed Act . My debt was supposed to be prescribed, however this morning I received an SMS that my debt has been sold , which this is against the law . In September the debt was cleared from my credit record as it should and then a month later it was back on . As a creditor it it ******* to sell a debt that has been prescribed
