Wesbank poor service delivery

I have paid of my bike 4 years ago and called Wesbank to put the title in my name. I was advised to pay R370 and that it would take 10 to 14 days in order for them to transfer the title because I sold the bike. This amount was paid on 4 January 2023. I phoned them on Monday 9 January 2023 and only then was the proof of payment, sent on the 4th logged. I phoned on Wednesday 11 January and again 10 to 14 days( from Wednesday) and they told me they're waiting for a tracking(thus saying that the title is on my name and about to be couriered. Went to the traffic dept. today and it is still in Wesbank's name. Called and was again told that it would 10 to 14 days from today 15 January 2023. The new owners are now sitting on my neck for the paperwork. I will never ever make use of Wesbank finance again. To me it sounds like a racket they're running and it comes down to ***** or theft if they refuse to hand over the title which I paid for in full for 5 years.
