Wesbank - Poor service again

I tried submitting a coplaint on the Wesbank website but the complaints section on the website keeps crashing (typical).

I am a long time Wesbank customer and have finance currently with the organisation. I initially did a finance application on the Wesbank portal 2 weeks ago, which was referred. I assumed this was due to a prior error on my credit record (which I resolved in August 2018) still reflecting on my financial profile. A few days later, I was called by a gentleman named Patrick Walker who stated I am preapproved and must submit my documents.

We had a few back-and-forth emails and I did submit these. He called me the following day to state he is awaiting the final details (interest rates, terms etc) and would get back to me in the morning.

I waited a day and then proceeded to call in. I was told Patrick was on tea and would call me back. He did not call back. I called the next morning and the same thing happened. I called a third time on Thursday also week and requested to speak to a team Leader. I was told there was none available but that the Team Leader would assign the finance app to another marketer.

I then called twice on Friday as I STILL heard nothing. I am now in danger of losing the deal as the seller will no longer keep the vehicle.

Today is Monday and I have not had any response for 3 business days!

I would like this resolved asap!
