WesBank poor service

I can't get them to acknowledge that I sent proof of insurance on my vehicle but I have recieved an email saying they will be adding their own insurance cost to my account because they have not recieved any proof. What a joke this company is. Finance your vehicle through a drug lord or gangster instead you will get better service
