Wesbank Pathetic Service

Pathetic. I paid off my car, waited 4 weeks for them to deliver the car papers. They delivered it to my office (allegedly) but can not tell me who signed for it, my company cannot . I spoke to Antoinette in the call center who promised me that her manager would phone me back on that same day - this was a week ago, no call, no resolution!! Today she cannot remember what she promised me. What is going on in that company?????
