I spent several months last year unemployed due to the liquidation of my business and as a consequence I had to surrender my vehicle and agree a payment plan for the outstanding balance which I have been doing diligently since. It goes without saying that when one is unemployed for so long there are many areas where monies are owed and payment plans need to be made for these as well so with that being said, this month I made a payment of R10000 towards the outstanding debt leaving a small amount remaining which I asked to have deferred to December 2015 or Jan 2016. BUT to my horror, although I really should not be surprised, I got the usual bully boy tactic response of \continue to pay monthly or we take legal action against you". A typical response from a corporation that has lost the ability to think or act intelligently"
