Wesbank owes me justice
I app**** for car financing in June at Wesbank and was told that I do not qualify, after investigating, I found out that this was due to a paid off adverse listing. After negotiating with Wesbank and sending them proof that it is paid off, Wesbank conducted another credit check which dropped my score significantly from 602 to 573. After requesting feedback, I received a call from them advising that they had to conduct a new check to see if the listing exists, they forwarded my details to their finance team. Tomorrow will mark day 5 of not receiving feedback. I am fuming, frustrated. I followed constructive process of proving that my application is worth reconsideration, but I feel like my efforts leads to nowhere. This has taken its toll on me and affected me negatively, with my score dropping I cannot take a loan elsewhere, and I am being treated like I am taking this loan for free, this is unfair and unjust. To make matters worse, communication is one sided, I constantly have to call in and check, if I do not do so, I get no feedback. Does it really have to take 5 days or more for a prospective client to receive feedback from their bank?? I hope that they will give me good feedback, after all, they are taking their sweet time and like I said, I am not taking this loan for free and I will pay my monthly dues, they can deduct directly from FNB account.
