Wesbank online license renewal through road protect NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!!

I used Wesbank online licence renewal services on October 13th. To this day I am still waiting for my license disc. I received an automated email saying the disc will be delivered within 14 days. I called Wesbank and they indicated Road Protect will is responsible for the disc renewals. I have tried calling road protect but I get no response form them. I sent an email and still no response apart from an automated response. Please help me arrange a refund!!!!!!!
