WesBank NOT terribly helpful
The very person that I raised the issue with, and now against, is the very one who is handling the case?????? if you don't understand the CPA, how can you possibly represent my ineterests?????

26 Aug 2026, 13:03Thanks WesBank resolution Centre, the issue is that the very person who told me my ,matter was closed is now the same one that you have assigned to handle my case..... This is even after I informed her that MIOSA's ruling is in violation of the CPA
