Wesbank not supportive of SMEs or startups!

I have received such a bad service from Wesbank. Wanted to finance a truck and all I got was Wesbank does not have risk appetite and company not older than 12 months. According to their criteria commercial asset can not be financed in personal capacity. In personal capacity they have financed leisure assets for a bigger amounts than for the truck. Calling and emailing does not help. The criteria they refer to on the email is not on their website or application. I sold a van to buy the truck only to find out it Wesbank will not finance the truck In short Wesbank will not let you finance an asset that can create employment and earn revenue. Wesbank is not supportive of SMEs cause the company must first make a lot money without assets before they can assist.
