Wesbank not refunding money owed. Do not do business with them.

Absolutely shocking service. I would steer clear from any dealings with Wesbank in the future. I settled my vehicle finance account when I bought a new vehicle and the 3rd party scratch and dent protection policy was cancelled. On the 6th of April the balance of the policy (+-R 2100.00) was paid to Wesbank without my knowledge (I was under the impression that this will be done to my personal account since the account was settled) when I didn't receive any transfers by 20/04 I proceeded to contact the 3rd party who referred me to Wesbank. Lady from Wesbank asked for the POP which I sent immediately and I was advised money will be refunded within 48 hours. Did not happen. Reminder was sent on 24/04 with no response. 26/04 I phoned in again and was advised that matter has been escalated to Calvin J.V. Rensburg and they will process payment ASAP. Did not happen. The email communication is horrific... the call centre can just about be shut down. The only thing they are good at is taking your money on a monthly basis, Today is 07/05 and a month after the money has been paid to Wesbank and I am starting to consider if I should involve my lawyer or the police for a ******** Case. Since this has been over a month they have enjoyed earning interest on money that doesn't even belong to them.
